Notice of the 15th Annual General Meeting

NOTICE is hereby given that the 15th Annual General Meeting of the professional members of  Association for Computing Machinery India (“Society”) will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 23  June  2026 at "Pingala - Aryabhatta", Plot No 9A/12, CTS No 12A/12, Erandwana, Pune 411004 to transact the following business. This will be hybrid** meeting.

AGENDA

  1. To confirm minutes of the previous meeting held on June 28, 2025. Minutes were published on the website:

  1. To receive and adopt the Annual Report for the year 2025-26 (available on https://india.acm.org/statutory-reports).
  2. To receive and adopt Financial Statements for the year 2025-26 (available on https://india.acm.org/statutory-reports).
  3. To appoint the auditors for the year 2026-27.
  4. To receive and adopt the results of elections of the Executive Committee of ACM India Council for the term July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2030 and confirm the retiring Executive Committee members
  5. To receive and adopt Election of President, Vice President and Secretary/Treasurer of ACM India Council for the term July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2028.
  6. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
