Nominations Open: ACM India Outstanding Applied Innovation in Computing (OAIC) Award 2026

We are excited to announce that nominations are now open for the ACM India Outstanding Applied Innovation in Computing (OAIC) Award 2026, instituted by ACM India and powered by Zoho Corporation.

This prestigious award recognizes groundbreaking applied computing innovations that have created significant impact — whether in industry, society, or for the greater good.

Who can apply:

• Early-stage Start-up companies.
• Not-for-Profit Organizations
• Any Organization that has developed Innovative products for India.

Award Highlights

• ₹5 lakh cash prize for the winner, and ₹2 lakh each for up to two honorable mentions
• Recognition at the ACM India Annual Event 2027 (with travel support for finalists)
• Evaluation by a stellar award committee comprising eminent leaders from academia, research, and industry

Important Dates

• Nomination Deadline: August 31, 2026, 11:00 pm IST
• Winners Announced: December 31, 2026
