ACM India Activity-Based Funding

January 22, 2026

Dear All,

ACM India Activity-Based Funding (ABF) is a program instituted by ACM India to financially support high-impact activities organized by ACM Professional Chapters, Student Chapters, SIG Chapters, and ACM-W Chapters across India. ABF proposals can be submitted year-round through the designated ACM India Activity Support Application form and are reviewed every two months.

As part of our upcoming evaluation cycle, we are inviting volunteers to participate in the review of ABF proposals.

The review process will involve assessing submitted proposals against defined criteria, providing structured feedback, and contributing to fair and transparent selection outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity to actively engage with the ABF initiative and help strengthen impactful ACM activities across India.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be a Professional ACM member for at least the past two years

Reviewer Commitment

  • Willingness to review 5–10 proposals
  • Review cycle occurs once every two months
  • Each cycle requires approximately 7–10 days to complete reviews

If you meet the above criteria and are interested in volunteering, please confirm your availability by the end of January 22nd by filling out this Form

Thank you for your continued support and contributions to the ACM India community. ABF Committee volunteers will receive an official Certificate of Appreciation from ACM India at the end of their term, in recognition of their valuable service.

Thank you.
